- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't remember anything from my surgury, and felt (considering the operation on my shoulder) great afterwards. I feel that my anesthesiologist did a great job when it counted, but their billing department spoiled their name. Apparently they failed to coordinate with the surgury center on billing and elected to send me a bill for my entire deductible even after it had already been paid to the surgeon. After I alerted them to this error they proceeded to lose record of one of my calls, then insist that I contact all related parties to ensure their payment, they refused to contact the insurance company themselves. Above all that their billing representative N*** was rude and accusatory on the phone and did not adequately inspire me to perform his job of collecting on what they were owed from the insurance company.March 05, 2017by A Google User
